We know that you are excited to receive your art piece and we aim to get them to you as soon as possible.
1) Delivery time
Estimated delivery time stated applies to art pieces(s) that are immediately available. Otherwise, please add another 5-10 working days for processing as each artwork is tailor-made and produced with great amount of care.
2) Kept updated via email You will be informed when your order has been processed, delivered or ready for collection via the email address provided to Little Red Art.
3) Self-collection (for Singapore customers only) You can collect your art piece(s) from the below address after you have received an email informing you that they are ready for collection.

4)Delivery in Singapore Please note that there will be additional charges for delivery to special destinations in Singapore (ie Sentosa, Jurong Island etc.)
5)International Delivery a) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you will like to deliver to countries not stated in the table above.
b) Delivery charges are calculated based on the shipment’s volumetric and actual weight, whichever is higher. The final delivery cost will be shown upon checkout. There is an option to reduce your delivery cost by rolling up your prints and painitngs (without frame). Do email us at email@example.com to make these special arrangements.
c) Delivery outside Singapore may be subjected to customs checks and may take longer than expected. Local import tariffs may apply according to the country of destination. You will be responsible to pay for these additional tariffs.
How are my artworks delivered?
The art piece(s) will be delivered to the address provided to Little Red Art during your checkout process.
The art piece(s) will be delivered as shown or described on the website. However, to save shipping cost, you can request to roll up the prints and paintings. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make these arrangements.
